工作职责

? 熟练掌握听力学基础知识并能对公司内外的人员开展相关的培训；

? 熟练掌握公司各系列产品特性及其与各竞争对手产品的区别，并能对公司内外的人员开展相关的培训；

? 熟悉各系列产品的验配及调试，能独立开展助听器的验配及调试并能对公司内外人员开展相关的指导、培训；

? 按月制定并执行区域性的入店支持计划；

? 执行“用户联谊会”；

? 做好区培训记录，及时录入培训数据管理系统并加以管理并及时对培训过的验配师做电话回访，探寻培训需求以便开展后续培训；

? Well understand of the basic audiology knowledge and responsible to execute the training for internal and external trainees ;

? Well understand of the characteristic of products and the difference from our competitors and responsible to execute the training for internal and external trainees;

? Well understand of the testing and fitting and responsible to execute the training for internal and external trainees;

? Responsible to fulfill the monthly area store support plan;

? Responsible to execute the Customers Association;

? Responsible to keep well record of training, input the data into the sales management system, call back to trained the dispensers for further training needs;

Personal Skills Requirements:

任职要求

? 大学本科以上学历，医科专业或电子学专业背景，听力学专业优先；

? 2年以上培训师工作经验。

? 娴熟的沟通能力；

? 良好的演讲能力；

? 关注客户需求；

? 愿意经常出差；

? 积极主动，具备跟进意识；

? 擅于持续性学习。

? Bachelor’s degree or above, major in medical, electric, audiology is a plus;

? 2 years experice of trainer.

? Skilled in communication;

? Skilled in presentation;

? Focus on the customer’s needs;

? Willing to travel

? Proactive, and strong sense to follow up

? Good at keeping learning
