As a trainer, you are responsible to train, maintain and improve our consultants’ demo teaching qualities. You will also partner with our Customer Protection, Technical Support, and Research and Development departments to ensure the satisfaction of thousands of clients every day.

[Job Responsibilities]

．Coordinate: You will be responsible for the coordination of the consultant’s abilities. Also, you will assure the quality of service and customer satisfaction by monitoring consultant’s demo teaching performance.

．Scheduling, screening, recruiting and assisting with consultants’ demo teaching training tasks.

．Respond: You will respond to consultant inquiries through email, phone, text and instant message.

．Collaborate: You will work in a team of like-minded individuals who want to make a difference in a global company.
