Location：Shanghai

Objective

Plan and deliver commercial training to internal and external commercial positions and Organize and coordinate cooperate trainings to support business development;

Responsibilities

1. Assist HR Manger to set up training system and annual training plan and budget fitting for business development in China;

2. Maintain effective internal communication with regional sales responsibles and collect and consolidate the sales training requirments of DOS and dealer;

3. Design and develop training project and related coursewares, timely update the exisitng training materials per business development, incl. Company Profile, Branding, Leather Training & Product Training etc.

4. Deliver training per training calendar and co-work with regional sales responsible or DOS Supervisor to arrange the training related logistics issues, such as conference room booking, hotel room booking etc.

5. Maintain and follow up the training tracking report and trainig analysis and make sure the training expenses is within budget and catering to the training requirement;

6. Develop annual training plan for cooperate training incl. general skills, knowledge, languages, and areas for imporovemnt base on the result of training needs analysis and revise when needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or above;
• 2~3 years training plan and delivery experience in retail and lifestyle industry;
• Strong implementation capability with ownership and efficiency;
• Knowing well of the sales needs, modest and patient, good team player;
• Good communication skill in both English and Chinese;
• Self disciplined, can work under pressure and travel frequently;
• Customer oriented and has passion in retail trainining field;
