Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Ability to act as back up during Lead’s absence
Ability to facilitate all Distribution Technician advancements by performing training
evaluations
Ability to work with training coordinator to resolve training issues and challenges
Proficient in Excel
Monitor and assist with Master Control
Ability to document and escalate near misses
Ability to champion ‘PPIK’ program
Ability to perform spot Inspections of our processes
Ability to identify safety hazards
Ability to perform all of our processes
Monitor and assist 5S program
Team player
Ability to communicate effectively
Analytical capability
Problem solverl Ability to accurately follow procedures
Eye for continuous improvement
Ability to mentor, train, and coach
Ability to challenge the status quo
Non-negotiable Requirements/Qualifications:
1 year post high school education or applicable industry experience required
Ability to produce at / above a TECH III level
HS Diploma or GED
