职位描述

• -Identify store training needs according to sales performance and by cooperation with Ops team;
• -Foundation training courses delivery in stores;
• -Work out monthly training plan and ensure training implementation in store continually;
• -Training evaluation and result follow up;
• -Brand seasonal product training support;
• -Training logistics work preparation and documents filing;
• -Assist training manager on development of training programs;

任职条件

• Retail industry background, luxury brand/ fast fashion brand preferred
• Minimum 3 years working experience in training
• Master of Microsoft Office
• Training course preparation and delivery capability
• Good at written and spoken English
