职位描述

• Identify store training needs according to sales performance and by cooperation with Operation team;
• Ensure the full execution of the retail training strategy & plans
• Brand seasonal product training support & follow up on monthly basis
• Analyzing and evaluating the training effectiveness, and tailor-made the follow up training program to enhance specific skills to help sales increase and training objectives achieve.
• Provides excellence service training to enhance the in-store service experience & implement action plans to improve quality of services.
• Select appropriate learning/training materials and programs to provide effective and innovative solutions
• Assist training manager on development of training programs;

任职条件

• Retail industry background, luxury brand/ fast fashion brand preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in training
• Master of Microsoft Office
• Training course preparation and delivery capability
• Good at written and spoken English
• Strong organization skill in handling multi-tasks
• Good communication skills
• Passionate in retail and in training
• Good teamwork spirit
• Detailed and result oriented
• Quick thinking and creative
