• Planning, Development and Execution of new training modules for mechatronics apprenticeship

• Cooperation with apprenticeship commissioner in the departments

• Execution of legally safety briefing

• Organizational and disciplinary supervision of the apprentices especially the mechatronics apprentices

• Evaluation of the apprenticeship progress as well as individual, adequate support of the apprentice

• Impartation of theoretical and practical knowledge via guidance and instruction

• Guidance of apprentices regarding dealings with Tools, equipment and materials

• Promotion of technical, social and personal competences of the apprentice

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship in mechatronics, electrics or electronics

• 10 years of professional experience in machine construction

• 10 years of professional experience in impartation of content of apprenticeship and qualifications conformable to AEVO

• Strong abilities in teamwork and communication

• Good written and spoken English

• Good didactical and methodical knowledge

• Joy in practical impartation of knowledge and media

• Joy in working with young people and be patient

• Knowledge of use of Microsoft-Office-Software

• Age above 40~50 years old
