• In consultation with the APAC TD Director, managing Regional and Global Talent Development activities as required, co-ordinate Employee Engagement, develop and facilitate learning and development programs and Team Days as required by the business to be implemented across Asia.

• Supporting the HR Business Partner in regional Workforce Planning and Talent/Succession activities. Talent Development solutions will be created to strengthen core competencies and align with Global capabilities and career frameworks, business requirements and align with business strategic priorities.

• Designs and delivers Talent Development initiatives, curricula and practices that support a high performance culture emphasising accountability, quality, achievement and the CSL values.

• Consults with regional leaders on learning and development requirements providing solutions and recommendations.

• In conjunction with the Talent Development function supports CSL Graduate Program regionally as require

• Facilitates Global Talent and Leadership Development as required by the business, including local Team and Strategy Days.

• Build internal capability through the provision of coaching and mentoring programs within the region.

• Provide support in developing action planning as a result of Employee Engagement outcomes.

• Participates in major reviews, employee opinion survey and change management initiatives associated with new facilities, new systems or other organisation-wide and regional changes.
