1. Working Hours: Wednesday to Sunday, on average 8 hours per day; Wednesday to Friday: 12:30pm - 8:30pm, Saturday to Sunday: 9am - 6pm

Job Description
1. Ensure effective teaching and management of classes, groups and individuals so that objectives are met, progress and challenge are maintained and the best use is made of teaching time.
2. Study and obtain good knowledge of the in-house curriculum and pedagogy; ensure daily and annual teaching objectives of the curriculum are met
3. To assess student’s achievements and progress in accordance with agreed policies and procedures.
4. Prepare lesson plans, props and craft materials according to the curriculum in an effective manner
5. Collaborate with the team on curriculum development.
6. Conduct classes at both the home studio and satellite centers
7. Prepare and present informative reports to parents in a professional manner. 8. Interact with academic and administrative colleagues to establish productive working relationships.
9. Select appropriate resources to support learners in achieving teaching objectives.
10. Take responsibility for own professional development.
11. Assist manager with other miscellaneous tasks that are necessary for improving teaching quality and curriculum development

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3. Clear criminal background check;
4. At least two years of related teaching experience required (Experience of primary school is preferred)
5. Enjoy crafts, music and theater preferred


Salary and Benefits
1. Base salary 19,000 to 27,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
