Basic Information

Position: Foreign English Teacher

Salary & Full Benefits Package

1. Basic Salary: RMB 22,000 – 25,000 per month (before tax)
2. Housing Allowance: RMB 4,000 per month (stable monthly subsidy)
3. Flight Allowance: RMB 6,000 per year, available after six months of employment
4. Annual Bonus: Year-end performance bonus provided
5. Statutory Holidays: Full enjoyment of Chinese official legal holidays
6. Annual Paid Leave: 10 days per working year.
Increase 1 additional day per working year, maximum up to 15 days
7. Christmas Holiday: 1 extra paid Christmas day off

Job Responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality English courses for students of different ages at the Shenzhen training center.
2. Prepare lessons, design interactive class activities, and create a positive English learning atmosphere.
3. Track students’ learning progress, give regular feedback, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
4. Complete teaching arrangements and administrative requirements assigned by the institution.
5. Maintain good interaction with students and strictly follow center teaching standards.

Job Requirements

1. Native English speaker with clear pronunciation and fluent spoken English.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above.
3. Passionate, patient, and responsible for English teaching.
4. Able to work full-time in Shenzhen starting from August 2026.
5. No criminal record and eligible for China Z visa application.
6. Teaching experience is preferred.
