Job description

1. Job title: English Teacher;

2. Provide English course to students of all ages (3 to 12 mainly);

3. Give demonstration classes to new and prospective students and participate in marketing activities;

4. Attend weekly meetings, training, workshops and do all required paperwork (lesson plans, study plans, activity planning, and other tasks);

5. Handle small class sizes around 8 ;

6. 5 working days per week, available (must work) on weekend;

7. Working hours per week: 40 (25 teaching hours+ 15 office hours)

8. Can start work ASAP

Benefits Package

1. Basic salary: 16,000-18,000RMB per month (Native English Speakers), 14,000-15,000RMB(Non Native English Speakers)

2. Bonus system

a. Contract completion bonus: up to 10,000RMB;

b. Overtime pay

d. Bonus for performance

e. Housing and flight allowance on the completion of the contract; (negotiable)

Requirements

1. Fluent English speaker and holding Working Visa Now;

2. Bachelor's or Master's degree and majored in education preferred;

3. At least 1 year related experience;

4. TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred;

5. 22 or above years old
