In this role you will be reporting to the FT Central Training Lead and working closely with Training Managers and Business Change Leads within FT - being the bridge between the Programme and the business and a key part of the central project team that will be deploying the overall Change, Training and Communications. The role is based primarily in AZ Luton, the FT Programme Hub. The role is global and requires working across time zones.
In this role you will:
Work closely with the FT Central Training lead, Training Managers and Business Change Leads to support FT Projects training activities such as Training Needs Analysis (TNA), scheduling sessions, setting up training environment, developing Training Material and updating training material prior to Transition to BAU
Identify end user training requirements and support the development of training programs by completing a TNA
Provide support to schedule training sessions to drive consistency across FT projects
Track trainee participation and report statistics back to project team to ensure compliance are met
Support the start-up of using a global LMS tool for scheduling training sessions for FT projects (Saba or equivalent)
Track and monitor central FT Training Plan
Plan and deliver training activities in order to ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with AZ’s policies and standards
Development opportunities to step into Training Manager role on a demand basis to cover immediate resource gaps
Support potential usage of Degreed as a platform to create Projects training portfolio (based on decision by Training horizontal to move ahead with usage of Degreed)
Update training material prior to Project Transition to BAU
Work across time zones
Essential Skills and Experience
Training facilitation skills
Experience of planning, scheduling and delivering training in a large project
Skilled in using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Good Written and Verbal Communication with the ability to flex style based on the region
Interpersonal Communication, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Planning Skills, Collaboration
Experience of working with stakeholders across functions and geographies and managing them effectively
Excellent team working, networking and influencing skills to develop solutions
Ability to prioritise tasks
Strong organisation skills
Able to challenge the status quo, think beyond boundaries of own role and act upon opportunities to work more effectively and seek opportunities for continuous improvement

Desirable Skills and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or Human Resources
Business or Accounting degree
Experience of planning and delivering training in a large, complex project
Experience of Learning Management System (LMS) tools
