The role:

  • Assist team head in formulating training plans and budget
  • Develop and update training calendar, maintain training record
  • Design and deliver training courses/programs in line with business needs
  • Reinforce customer service standard via conduct field coaching and implementing CS programs
  • Responsible for answering all customers’ enquiries and resolve complaints in professional manner in order to meet customer satisfaction
  • To coordinate with inteal departments to settle all the complaints and prepare the monthly report for internal adjustment & improvement.
  • Handles ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

What we look for:

  • Degree holder, 2 years solid training experience in developing and delivering retail training programs
  • Customer oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service-oriented, detail-minded, self-motivated & independent
  • Passionate with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS office applications & Chinese word processing
