1.Responsible for the construction and improvement of training system.

2.Develop, compile and implement training courses, evaluate and analyze subsequent training effect.

3.According to company business development, gradually build talent development plans (including talent echelon training system, talent mapping , curriculum system, lecturer system, etc.).

4.Formulation and control of the annual training budget and annual training plan.

5.Responsible for the development and management of internal and external training resources of the company.

6.Effectively promote the organization of the company's employee activities.

7.Execution and follow-up of other projects.

Qualifications:
1.More than 5 years experience in HR region ,Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
2.English and HR related majors, bachelor degree or above.
3.Fluent in English skill.
4.Excellent teamwork spirit.
5.strong sense of business.
