Key Accountabilities主要职责:
Prepare training documentation/materials incl. excavator, loader and bulldoze
Documentation of operator Training about LMD Machines
Documentation of basic training for dealer service
Documentation of immediate training for dealer service
Documentation of advanced training for dealer service
Documentation of expert training for dealer service
Internal training for LMS service staff about update information.(once a month), especially new staff
Support of translation during the training period
Prepare Service/Spare Parts information on a monthly basis under the liaison with LMD engineering, especially for localized parts
Update earthmoving OM, Service Manuel, and filing etc.
Support of technical consult required by EMT/MIN Sales and/or Marketing or Spare Parts Dept., including technical support for sales tender, job report of Marketing Dept. etc.
Spare Parts proposal for sales tender requested by sales administration
Proposal to dealers about which parts are absolutely necessary in their stock to short the delivery time
Other tasks assigned by Professional Supervisor.
Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求
College degree or above
Major in Machinery engineering, mechanical industry
At least 3 years working experience in heavy construction machinery, especially for earthmoving and mining equipment
Be familiar with heavy construction machinery equipment, especially with earthmoving and mining equipment
Proficient knowledge about hydraulic system, machinery engineering, electric system, etc.
Fluent Chinese and good English in speaking and writing, German skills preferred
Reading of basic technical drawings
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficient computer skills such as PPT/Excel. Etc.
