1. To deliver and organize the key training programs and evaluate/drive its effcetiveness (35%)
2. Coordinate with company talent review process and talent development program (15%)
3. Responsible to manage training programs, including: the selection of vendor, training terms negotiation, training budget, partnership development and maintenance with external providers (15%)
4. To manage functional training programs together with functions (15%)

5. Co-chair company culture and employee communication program to drive employee engagement (20%)
