A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Training & Hiring Manager to be part of a luxury lifestyle resort in Southern Spain.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
The Training & Hiring Manager attracts talent, you will manage the full sourcing and recruitment process for SO/ Sotogrande with the objective of identifying candidates who have high potential, facilitates service culture, on-boardings and brand immersion.
You oversee training programmes, implement training and development plans and facilitate a wide variety of training programs.
You will ensure that each touch point of the Talent Experience is proactively managed and reflects the spirit of the SO/ brand and service culture.
The Training & Hiring Manager reports to the Director of HR.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
• 3 years experience in a comparable role in high end hospitality, ideally in luxury lifestyle
• Bachelors’ Degree from college or university preferred
• Strong sourcing and interview skills and ability to select high-quality talent
• Advanced English level
• Advanced experience with instructional methods, team coaching and skill development
• Passion for excellence
