ABOUT THE JOB

• Meeting minutes for bi-weekly team meeting.
• Consolidate training regular files, like training calerdar, working plan, stationery order.
• Assist East and South regions’ trainers in preparing training materials/tools and packaging & delivering to training venues or stores, search and book training venue and lunch box.
• Training set up and photo/video record.
• Training reporting and data collection & analysis for E-learning and quiz.
• Collect and enroll ILT participant list and evaluation form.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

• Sophomore or above.
• Committed and available to work at least 3 days a week for 3-6 months.
• Detailed, proactive and quick learner.
• Familiar with MS office: Excel, PPT, Word, etc.
