• Drive Training and Development for various Technical Workforces in terms of capability, competency, and skillset that relate to Lean, Equipment, and Troubleshooting.
• Responsible for a complex scope that includes: developing and qualifying training content, visual aids, and toolkit; designing, organizing, coordinating, executing based on the plan, and delivering training class/workshop.
• Maintain the health of training quality and effectiveness by continuous improvement, developing research, direct observation, and required evaluations.
• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders/customers both in Vietnam and abroad regions.
• Interpret standardized procedure, process, and guideline that ensures compliance and non-standard problem-solving. Also driving for a lean and rapid improvement to enhance their effectiveness.
• Assess and provide resources (data, tool, method, intervention) to address gaps or define root cause in order to deploy and drive for standardization or corrective/preventive actions.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in the technical background (4-year degree for external and plus 2 years' experience for internal).
• Experience with adult training and development, working in a Manufacturing and Engineering environment is an advantage.
• Critical skills: communication, data analysis, stakeholder management, project/program management, problem-solving, technical writing, presentation, self-learning, flexibility, and adaptability, change management, and Lean practices.
• Critical knowledge: Workforce Learning and Development, Lean Culture, Standard Engineering Document (A3 concept), Microsoft Office 365.
