Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with global L&D team, together with China talentteam, to deliver NorthAsia L&D Strategy.
2. Act as Trainer for Effective LeadershipProgram and other training course (including on boarding training, etc.).
3. Coordinate annual training plan and differenttrainers to roll out training scheduled for both staff and trainer enrolment.
4. Provide training solutions based on businessneeds: drive training needs survey, analysis the training needs and plan thetraining contents, external training vendor search, training budget andcontrol, training record consolidation etc.
5. Maintain training data in C people and ensureupdated staff training records.
6. Manage staff training subsidies application.
7. Prepare training reports for management review.
8. Manage training logistics like training venueset up, IT connection and training material preparation.
9. Work with external vendors for trainingcourses to be conducted.
10. Prepare training budget and provide monthly expense report.
11. Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management tosupport the business goals.
Requirements:
1. University graduate in HRManagement, major of OD or Applied Psychology is a desirable.
2. At least 8 years solid and hands-onexperience in training in multi-national company, general HR experience in Logistics or Supply Chain industry is a strong plus.
3. Have solid PM, Time Management, PC skills, can use Assessment tools and coaching tools.
4. Good verbal and written communication skills both in Mandarin and English.
5. Have good cross functional communication skill.
6. Accept assignment travel for training.
