what you wil do

• Implement and execute all global learning and development (L&D) initiatives or projects in China in a good manner

• Based on the Global L&D direction and local business needs, identify the country wide training needs and initiate appropriate L&D solutions accordingly

• Facilitate the core training courses & workshops to enhance the competency of China organization

• Be the Master Trainer in China to upskill the team and the business trainers

• Evaluate all China L&D training initiatives and provide good L&D analytics; ensure all they would facilitate the achievement of business goals and a sustainable growth of the company

• Be a good leader and coach to drive the learning culture and groom the trainers in China

• Be an active member in the Global L&D team, maintain a close communication with global, APAC and other countries and to share the L&D best practice and resources

• Ensure the local learning & development policy and procedures are in line with global L&D and local legislative requirement

• Select, brief, monitor and evaluate external L&D providers, if appropriate, to support the business strategy

• Be involved in any ad hoc projects that the business may require
