Job Description
Define training strategy and work out annual training master plan for full channel
- Work out overall product & sales skill, service and retail operation training plans as proactive integration of business strategies
- Identify training needs based on the business
- Build up training system when necessary, including E-learning
Design & develop training solutions
- Build up effective training curriculum about product and service as clear learning path for field sales team and BAs
- Work together with internal & external partners to develop, modify and customize appropriate training materials
- Keep all training materials timely updated and make sure the high quality and accuracy
Track and evaluate the training effectiveness
- Track and report the result and effectiveness of all training activities on a regular basis
- Manager team regularly do store visit to check and audit the operation process and service level after training
Monitor and improve training quality
- Focus on training material improvement
- Improve retail counter training
- Mystery shopper project
- BA qualification assessment, experts development
Set up Sales academy program for sales team
- Set up system for BAS group sales capability improvement
- Guide BAS groups to better understanding the training strategy and training curriculum
- Develop BAS Group’s skills of counter coach to better transfer training result to sales achievement.
Requirement:
- At least 5-7 year professional experience in multinational cosmetics retail company or similar background
- Good training delivery and facilitation skill
- Course design and development skills
- Project management
- Good communication
- Quick to learn
- Creative
- Good understanding of cosmetic retail business
- English proficiency
