Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training Development
- Communicate with employers to find the training need
- Assist in training need analysis and formulating training plan
- Deliver high quality training courses. Develop training materials and courses based on the competency model.
- Coordinate with internal and external trainers to implement all training programs according to approved training plan.
- Follow up the training result.
- Visit the field regularly.
- Review training evaluation of participants and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update training database. Maintain all the training records and materials for future reference.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- 3 or more years’ solid experience in training within pharmacy industry. Be familiar with training material development and deployment.
- 5 or more years’ experience in sales position.
- 1 or more years’ sales management experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Good planning skills.
