MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training Development

  • Communicate with employers to find the training need
  • Assist in training need analysis and formulating training plan
  • Deliver high quality training courses. Develop training materials and courses based on the competency model.
  • Coordinate with internal and external trainers to implement all training programs according to approved training plan.
Training Evaluating and Improvement
  • Follow up the training result.
  • Visit the field regularly.
  • Review training evaluation of participants and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.
Training Document
  • Maintain and update training database. Maintain all the training records and materials for future reference.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • 3 or more years’ solid experience in training within pharmacy industry. Be familiar with training material development and deployment.
  • 5 or more years’ experience in sales position.
  • 1 or more years’ sales management experience.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Good planning skills.
