RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Senior Training Manager to roll out the relevant training development program for retail staff based on business needs.
• Could independently and efficiently organized the retail training workshops, such as New Store Opening Project, On Boarding Program, Mentor Program and so on.
• Actively follow up with key talents through store coaching and assist the whole department to accomplish the training targeted KPI.
• Closely work with field team and makes sure the service standard, selling behavior, professional knowledge and field execution which are qualified.
• Keep the training record and collective feedback from retail to makes sure the training result.
• Assist Senior Training Manager to complete all operation and logistic including training material preparation, follow up in-store training activity, training coordination with relevant functions.
• Partners in the design and execution of training programs and tools for retail training needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Retailed/Fast Fashion industry preferred

2. Bachelor degree or above

3. Good English/ Mandarin presentation skill and interpersonal skills

4. Over 6 years working experiences in training function, experiences with related industry is preferred

5. Be service-minded, accountable, passionate and self-motivated

6. Be detailed and customer oriented to work
