Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement training & development strategy for the company to support the company’s business plan- Prepare training budget for department or organization
- Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures
- Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, on-the-job training, conferences, and workshops
- Organize and develop training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials
- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Training or related disciplines- At least 5 years of solid training experience, preferably in FMCG industry
- Fluent written & spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Independent, well-organized, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to travel
