Job Description
深圳市 南山区

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop and implement training & development strategy for the company to support the company’s business plan
  • Prepare training budget for department or organization
  • Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures
  • Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, on-the-job training, conferences, and workshops
  • Organize and develop training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials
  • Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Training or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of solid training experience, preferably in FMCG industry
  • Fluent written & spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Independent, well-organized, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to travel
