Develop overall training plan and training materials for dealers, retail sales and shop promoter in order to enhance marketing communication and drive retail sell-through

为经销商、零售和商店促销员制定总体培训计划和培训材料, 以加强营销沟通, 推动零售销售

工作内容:

1.Build up and maintain training platform(E-learning platform)

1. 建立和维护培训平台 (电子学习平台)

2.Set up and implement training program in line with brand direction and sales needs

2. 根据品牌方向和销售需求制定和实施培训计划

3.Develop high quality training program to train and develop sales team in area of product knowledge, selling skills, negotiation skills and other sales related personal qualities.

3. 制定高质量的培训计划, 在产品知识、销售技能、谈判技巧和其他销售相关的个人素质等方面培训和发展销售团队。

4.Develop training materials, translating the product technology specification to sales talks and for the field sales and promoter .

4. 开发培训材料, 将产品技术规范转化为销售洽谈, 并为现场销售和推广人员

5.USP translation to consumer language

5.USP翻译为消防语言

6.Ensure high quality implementation of the training program through evaluation

6. 通过评估确保培训计划的高质量实施

7.Deliver promotional activities, new product launce training(sales folder) to dealers and sales both online and offsite training

7. 向经销商提供促销活动、新产品发布培训 (销售文件夹) 以及在线和异地培训

8.Build up TTT system

8. 建立TTT系统体系

9.Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors

9. 完成主管交办的其他工作

工作要求:

1.College Degree or above

1. 大专及以上学历

2.At least 3 years or above of sales training experience ,having training program management experience would be a plus

2.至少3年以上销售培训经验, 有培训项目管理经验者优先

3.Strategic thinking and gook planning ,good analytic and problem solving skills

3. 具有战略思维和计划, 良好的分析和解决问题的能力

4.Good communication and good team player

4. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神

5.Good written and spoken English

5. 良好的英语听说读写能力

6.Willing to travel and work under pressure

6. 愿意接受出差和能接受高压力下工作
