As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for: Develop digital content for instructor-led, hands-on, online and blended learning experiences Create learning solutions utilizing online/eLearning modules, mobile compatible apps, job aids, online tutorials, multimedia products (video, graphic, audio) and other training methods Continuously develop and refine the training program to ensure industry leading material and presentations Conduct gap and needs analyses to further enhance the training provided to our employees Collaborate with technical SMEs to turn technical and process information into effective learning content Deliver professional technical and process training in classroom, on location, conference calls, virtual workshops, or one / one coaching sessions in a professional and engaging manner Conduct post training learner knowledge/competency assessments Communicate knowledge/competency assessment outcomes to the hiring managers and mentors with recommendations for additional learning support and coaching throughout the onboarding program Conduct post training course surveys with learners, hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure training is effectively meeting business needs Identify opportunities for challenging the status quo, ability to try new approaches to the learning experience Represent the training function during internal and external audits Required skills for success in this role: Applicable knowledge of content development with a proven ability to manage multiple performance-based training programs and content projects, with detailed delivery methods, scope, and timelines. Experience using content management systems (CMS), Basic HTML, and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience developing high quality interactive eLearning modules Demonstrated ability to interact professionally and positively with employees at all levels of the organization. Possess an excellent attention to detail Possess excellent written/verbal communication skills Demonstrated Strong change management capability Ability to interact with and influence all levels from individual contributors to executives, including those who are more technically focused Champion an inclusive, healthy environment that fosters trust and a sense of empowerment Preferred Education Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Business or similar focus or equivalent experience At least 3–5-years’ experience in Curriculum Development/Instructional Design.
