Responsibilities:

• Assist to formulate training development strategies, identify training needs and deliver training programs to the Insurance Consultants
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably with a degree in Finance or Business
• At least 5 years’ training experience
• Experience in financial or insurance industry, relevant exp to provide training to Insurance Consutlant is a MUST
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with positive mindset
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
