1. Effectively develop and manage "local" fit training plan and materials - either through in-house or external customer trainings.

2. Provide brand training and education to all customers across China including online platforms, wholesalers, distributors, and so forth

3. Prepare and monitor training budgets and resource allocation

4. Maintaining and establishing strong customer relationships

5. Representing the company at trade shows, conferences and seminars

6. Maintain capability and knowledge levels, to meet performance expectations

7. Provide dynamic market intelligence on competitor activity and general market activity

8. Ensure China customer enquiries are processed accurately and satisfactorily in accordance with customer service procedures and standards

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Training Management, Pharmacy, Nutrition or related field, overseas educational background is a plus

2. Minimum 3 years experiences in related training roles of MNC

3. Chinese native speaker, fluent oral and written English is mandatory

4. Understanding in herbal and/or nutritional medicine and/or pharmacy

5. Has a demonstrated record of developing and implementing education and training programs

5. Basic understanding of business, related EC platform training experience preferred

6. Displays excellent organisational skills and computer literacy

7. Is a dedicated team player with outstanding communication, presentation, time management and negotiation skills

8. Focuses on customer service and development of internal and external relationships

9. Displays excellent analytical and business development skills
