Duties and Supporting Responsibilities


  • Responsible for security and upkeep of the personnel filing system ensuring that the documents are filed systematically and complete confidentiality is maintained regarding its contents at all times.
  • Assists to organize and attends the recruitment activities in job markets or via medias.
  • Assists to hunt qualified candidates or provides relevant information via recommendations internally or externally.
  • Ensures timely preparation and arrangement for interview, selection, and recruitment.
  • Assist to trace the completion of the new employee for the program.
  • Assist to provide relevant information regarding employees’ training needs and development needs.
  • Assist to organize and attends appropriate courses.
  • Assist to conduct certain training programs as necessary or assigned.
  • Attend the related meetings.
  • Assist to organize staff meetings when situation requires so.
  • Provides employees’ opinions or comments to assist identify employees’ need.
  • Provides relevant information of the competing hotels.
  • Maintains effective internal communication with employees.
  • Provide necessary information and explanations to employee in the time correctly and accurately as required.
  • Maintains and update the employee notice boards, posters, and other forms of this kind communications in time.
  • Provides relevant information and assists to the design and edition of employee magazines, newsletter, and fliers, etc.
  • Avoids negative comments on hotel policies and procedures, financial and business performance, promotions, and activities.
  • Provides relevant information on employees’ opinions regarding recognition.
  • Assist to implement staff motivation, recognition and participation program for the hotel.
  • Updating HR weekly report and Monthly reports
  • Doing the exit interview, report and provide the positive comments on time.
  • Practices cost containment.
  • Assess training needs based on LQE and MOQA standards, employee feedback, guest comments, business result, observation, etc.
  • Prepare monthly training schedules and create registration file records.
  • Schedule and arrange training venue and trainers (agendas) for training programs on monthly basis.
  • Prepare training equipment, PPT files, workbook and attendance record, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal/external trainers in planning, delivering and evaluating all training related functions and results.
  • Assist in conducting monthly orientation for new hires.
  • Assist with core Programs and other overall Hotel training programs & preparations.
  • Review all external training requests and coordinates with external training in the implementing and conducting of training courses necessary for our employees.
  • Calculate overall training hours , maintain and record employee training record accordingly and related analysis
