Organize and manage Talent Training events:
- Work closely with the Program manager for Asscociate Level’s annual talent training program ( Rising Star, Section Lead training etc.) planning.
- Support the vendor selection and internal bidding process, communicate with procurement and other stakeholders.
- Assistant in concept development & refinement based on business needs and feedbacks.
- Prepare and organize the annual nomination process including interfacing with relative internal stakeholders and external training vendors, and plan & manage the schedule of training events.
- Training event management including participant registration & invitation, training discipline monitoring and evaluation/feedback.
- Conduct regular analytical reports of AL Talent Training programs, continuously improve the effectiveness.
Smart Lecture Program Management
- Work independently for annual smart lecture planning, topic selection in alignment with overall Training & Development portfolio.
- Source the best fit speakers externally or internally and follow up on procurement or internal speaker invitation process.
- Create, innovate and implement the smart lecture communication in an engaging way.
- Smart Lecture event management including participant registration & invitation and evaluation/feedback.
- Conduct regular analytical reports of smart lecture programs, continuously improve the effectiveness.
Assessment Center (PV44) Event Management:
- Perform as the focal contact point and center of expertise of PV44 topic in China to interface with HR BPs, global PV44 organization team and other stakeholders.
- Responsible for GRC overall PV44 process management and implementation, including process review, session planning and qualification coordination.
- Conduct regular analytical reports, to coninously optimize the process, meanwhile generate insights on talent development.
Other ad-hoc/cross function projects:
- Dedicated Training policy review & updates and operational process management.
- Involving & supporting other ad-hoc projects of HR Training & Development in agile way.
- Involving & supporting other cross function projects on demands.
