Job Summary:
  • This position would directly support our work with one of our large automotive client. The role would require you to coordinate with the client and project managers/facilitators from operational perspective by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with clients/internal stakeholders in order to fully understand their needs and project specifications.
  • Support project manager and internal team members locally in day-to-day business practice including training scheduling, student registration, resource planning, billing, vendor management, logistic fulfillment, budget management, feedback and report clollection and analysis, etc.
  • Create, maintain, and monitor project plans.
  • Drive project progress, solving problems and unblocking issues.
  • Helping in the writing of proposals and value documentation for projects.
  • Finish other assignments & plan tasks from managers.
Qualifications:
  • Education: bachelors or university degree or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in an operation administration position.
  • Strong skill set with success track record of managing multi-tasks simultaneously, be used to work cross teams, with ability and be comfortable to support multi-stakeholders.
  • A sense of urgency and ownership to drive implementation projects to completion and be successful in a collaborative environment.
  • Familiar with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel are desired.
  • Extremely high attention-to-detail, time management and organizational skills are required.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Must be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Critical thinking skills in relation to learning design & technology.
  • Good general math and statistics skills with the ability to compute with accuracy.
  • Mindset for continuous improvement, efficiency and productivity.
  • Conceptual thinking abilities (vision, problem solving) .
