The Job
We are looking for ESL teachers who can bring a fun, positive and challenging atmosphere in our class rooms.

Responsibilities
20 teaching hours per week (Monday - Wednesday off every week)
Additional classes and responsibilities are available for additional compensation
Class size: maximum of 16 students per class
Student age range: 4 – 16-year old
Plan lessons and classroom activities
Weekend classes with 2 days off during the weekdays
Attend staff meetings


Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
TEFL/TESOL certificate 120 hours plus preferred
Native English speaker
2 year of relevant teaching experience preferred
Clean criminal record check
Professional, positive, and culturally aware


Compensation
Excellent salary: 20,000 – 25000 RMB per month (based on qualifications & experience)
Provide single apartment
5000 RMB contract completion bonus
6000 RMB flight allowance on completion of contract
Annual Salary Increase
National holidays plus 14 paid personal leave
