JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Training Specialist 2

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

Work as a group leader of IDL technical training and own training project about training system enhancement and people development, coordinating technical training for talent pool expansion.

JOB SCOPE AND TASKS

1. Coordinating various training programs and business-related activities, including TSD( technical skill development) Program etc；

2. Organize and consolidate engineering sharing forum；

3. Set up talent development Criteria under teamwork and coordinate future talent training；

4. Enhance Technical training effectiveness and simplify the training process；

5. Act as key contact with related department in the coordination of IDL training course；

6. In charge of training material logistics and set training plan；

7. TTMS (technical training management system) maintain and system further improvement；

8. Responsible for cross-site training VF( virtue factory)；

9. Help build new channel or introduce new resource for talent training；

10. Out-resource training coordinator.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Good knowledge of Training system and get familiar with training framework

3. At least 2years above experience as a trainer.

4. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to work effectively as part of a team.

6. Good time management, organizational, time management, and inter-personal & multi-tasking skills.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and the internet.

8. Above 2 years’ experience of project management is preferred.

9 .Technical background is a plus, such as statics, big data analysis, system development,
