Job Description

职位概述

The Training Specialist is responsible for developing training courses for internal and external customers and for conducting trainings on a professional and efficient level as an integral part of the sales process. Thereby, he/she keeps good relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the assigned areas and cooperates closely with the Sales and Marketing departments.

岗位职责

Position Dr？ger Academy as strategic sales/ marketing tool
  • Work with Training Manager to build up and maintain a strong relationship with external trainers (e.g. Key Opinion Leaders) through regular visits Training development, planning and implementation
  • Develop advanced clinical application training and education tools & materials
  • Coordinate with internal and external clinical application trainers to deliver training
  • Train and share clinical and competitive knowledge with Sales and Marketing departments for specific modality
  • Organize, plan and conduct customers trainings Product/ application knowledge
  • Enhance knowledge about new products and new technologies related to assigned modalities
  • Update knowledge of competitive devices, issues and user preferences in assigned modalities
  • Promote clinical knowledge to doctors, nurses and clinical staff at customer sites

任职条件

学历/Education
Bachelor degree or equal in medical / biomedical / biology or a comparable combination of education and experience 相关工作经验/Related experience
1-3 years working experience as marketer/trainer, 1-2 years experience in the specific modality (e.g. critical care, emergency care) 专业技能及相关证书 Skills, competencies, and / or certifications
  • 专业方面/Professional
  • 行为方面/Behavioral Professional
  • MS Office – advanced level
  • English in written, read and spoken – advanced level
  • Knowledge of Project Management – advanced level
  • Product knowledge of the relevant products – basic level
  • Presentation Skills – advanced level
  • Experience in writing clinical application literatures – basic level Behavioral
  • Communicate and cooperate – advanced level
  • Think logically – advanced level
  • Think analytically – advanced level
