Job overview:

Support Training Manager for all AAAV training related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities in this job:

• Responsible for implementing annual training plan, organizing and coordinating training activities, including plan arrangement, personnel, pre-class assignments, lecturers, etc.
• Responsible for daily support of training affairs, such as accommodation, lunch, tea-break and other logistic arrangement;
• Responsible for training sample management (including planning and tracking);
• Responsible for the management and improvement of training process;
• Responsible for training summary, training documentation and training reports;
• Other admin support to Training Manager;
• Other assigned tasks.

Our ideal candidate will have the following desired qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor degree or above of biomedical or other related major ;
• 2-3 years’ relevant working experience;
• Skilled in office software (PPT, excel, etc.)
• Strong multi task management ability and data analysis ability;
• Good cross-function communication skills;
• Self-initiative and team spirit;
• Continuous learning;
• Hardworking and willing to travel.
• Good in oral and written English
