Job Description
Eaton’s CRDS division is currently seeking Training Specialist to join our team. This position is based at our Juarez Facility The Training Specialist is responsible for ensure the development of employees through the design and implementation of training programs to meet the objectives of the position and the company, providing service to business units. Some activities related with the position will be: Manages in general the training system in the plant. Develop and manages the delivery of the training program, including special programs, as well as their evaluation. Coordinate, teach and manage diverse courses. Identify, evaluate and concentrate the training needs in order to develop the annual training plan (training detection needs) Create and manage the employee succession and career plan. Develop and implement reports and legal controls in training and those demanded by the quality system. Develop, manages and controls the operators certification process, as well as other job positions. Manages the orientation courses (On Boarding) for all the hired personnel. Coordinates the elaboration and revision of the SPQs every year. Coordinates and do follow up to the online trainings for all the personnel, developed by the corporation. Support in the organization of social, cultural and/or sports events to HR Comply with the safety rules implemented by the company. Participate in teams as required for continuous improvement of own and company objectives. Responsible for providing support to the department regarding communication. Participates in the corporate meetings of talent management and also represents the training area in the quality audits. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technical field. 3+ years of experience working as a Training Specialist or similar position in the manufacturing industry (preferably in the electrical industry) Teamwork. Results orientation / Strong Sense of Urgency. Strong problem-solving skills. Coaching skills. Communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience performing quality system audits. Experience creating yearly training plans and materials for all departments. General knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and specific Legal Training. Experience in audits and processes with the STPS. Knowledge of training methodologies. Knowledge of learning management systems. Knowledge of Tress System (desired) Microsoft Office skills. English 85% (preferred).
