1. Identify training needs and developing training framework for 15K+ homebased teachers who are teaching on the online English teaching platform of vipjr/TutorABC;
2. Develop assessment framework to evaluate the training efficacies;
3. Work closely with recruitment and Teaching Quality Assurance team to ensure consistent standards from front to end;
4. Identify, train and manage a pool of trainers globally to provide best-in-class training to all homebased consultants.
Requirement:
1. Passionate with EFL/ESL teaching with children; Highly self-motivated;
2. Bachelor degree or above from a recognized university, TESOL or master degree in related fields preferred; Overseas experience preferred;
3. Frontline EFL/ESL teaching experience with junior students (4-12 years) or Adult Student（18+）;
4. At least 3 years of teaching training or curriculum development experience (online or offline).
