4. 独立负责培训立项，培训计划制定和实施

6. 根据公司实际发展情况，进行针对性需求挖掘，定制化设计培训项目，并实施推进

7. 负责培训相关的文案编辑，海报设计，视频制作等。

8. 充分利用公司已有线上培训资源，并开发微课，制作Elearning课程

9. 负责培训课程的组织工作，包含不限于：场地安排，讲师预约，物料准备，组织考核等

1. 全日制本科及以上学历

2. 5年以上培训经验，独立负责至少2个以上人才培养类培训项目，有内训师（含课程开发）经验

3. 文案能力优秀，会海报视频，在线课程制作。熟练操作PPT、Excel等办公软件，使用Canva、Powtoon、Articulate海报，视频Elearning制作软件的优先

4. 热爱培训工作，较强的责任心，抗压能力强，有创新思维，良好的沟通协调能力，很强计划性和执行力，有较强的学习能力
