1.Responsible for company’s system and management regulations in training, from establishment to implementation; 2.Analyze employees’ training needs; plan, schedule, and organize training programs accordingly; 3.Initiate company’s general and annual training programs, proceed as planned, and report updates to superiors regularly; 4.Seek to enlarge the awareness and influence of corporate culture; 5.Responsible for continuous improvement of company’s management system and work procedures in training; 6.Responsible for monthly update and summary of training programs; analyze needs and feedbacks and improve continuously; 7.Responsible for corporate cultural development including organization of company activities and employee care programs; 8.Deal with other issues in Human Resources; 9.Fulfill other tasks from superiors

1.Minimum diploma’s degree in human resources or other related majors; 2.Proficient in training management, competency assessment, recruitment process etc.; 3.Understand business scenario in real estate, like laws, regulations, and state personnel macro-policy; 4.a minimum of 3 years’ experience in personnel training, and at least 1 year practice as training supervisor in real estate enterprises required; 5.Strong skills of presentation, communication, writing, and summarization required; good at information collection and comprehensive analyses; trainer certificate is preferred; 6.Proved to be rigorous, meticulous, and target-oriented, enthusiastic and determined about work with great professional skills; 7.Proficient at various office software like word and ppt for training preparation
