Your tasks and responsibilities
Develop and deliver effective learning and development interventions to build organisational capabilities
Develop and deliver training plans within the cluster region and evaluate training vendors performance against agreed service levels
Deliver various training programs, including but not limited to new employee induction and on-boarding
Participate in ad-hoc projects such as assessment and development centres and delivery of talent program modules
Develop or oversee production of training materials such as manuals, course materials, videos and other tools
Your skills and experience
To be considered, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with focus in training and development. You are passionate in stand-up training delivery and possess superior skills in presentation, facilitation and coaching. Language proficiency in both English and Mandarin is highly advantageous.
