Your tasks and responsibilities

• Develop and deliver effective learning and development interventions to build organisational capabilities

• Develop and deliver training plans within the cluster region and evaluate training vendors performance against agreed service levels

• Deliver various training programs, including but not limited to new employee induction and on-boarding

• Participate in ad-hoc projects such as assessment and development centres and delivery of talent program modules

• Develop or oversee production of training materials such as manuals, course materials, videos and other tools

Your skills and experience

To be considered, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with focus in training and development. You are passionate in stand-up training delivery and possess superior skills in presentation, facilitation and coaching. Language proficiency in both English and Mandarin is highly advantageous.
