Job Description

Do you want to contribute to the future of healthcare? Siemens Healthineers are looking for a Training and Services Coordinator to join their Healthcare Diagnostics business based at our site in Sudbury, Suffolk. Recently celebrating 80 years of manufacturing excellence, our Sudbury site designs and assembles blood, urine and diabetes analysis instruments.

You will co-ordinate all training system (Learn4U) functions for the site ensuring training compliance for all employees.

Liaise with managers and employees reporting outstanding training, current training completions, future training plans accurately recording for audit readiness

You will also offer general administrative duties to the quality team and the site. 

This is a part time role - 24 hours per week, split over 5 days.  

Responsibilities

Quality Admin:

Support in Audits

Initial contact point for ESP queries

Documentum support

Learn4U administration:

Coordination and management of the onsite electronic training system

Daily reports (7 day / overdue)

Rolling review of training requirements by department

Monitoring of training effectiveness

Support for audit readiness project

General administration:

General adhoc administrative duties

Occasional cover of main reception and switchboard

Skills and Experience

Effective communication

Ability to articulate in both written and verbal communication to a variety of stakeholders.

Experience of managing and influencing multiple stakeholders effectively.

IT literate

Ability to run and articulate data from extracted reports (Excel)

Advantage but non-essential – To have previous experience in working within a quality based environment or to have an awareness of regulatory requirements
