Here is what you can expect from us:

1.A monthly salary of 12,000-16,000 after tax (depends on teachers’ Education Background and Teaching Experience).
2.Work Visa. The cost of which will be covered.
3.working time: from 13:30 to 20:30 in weekdays and from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekends;
Two optional working timetables:
1) Five working days, two days off, Friday and Saturday off or Sunday and Monday off, a base salary of 14,000 as a minimum;
2)Six working days, one day off, a base salary of 16,000 as a minimum;
4.Comfortable working environment including a fully equipped staff room.
5.Professional teaching skills training.

9.Performance based yearly raises.
10.Enough space for professional development: Training Teacher/ Teacher Leader/Education Director.

What do we expect from you?

1.A Bachelor’s Degree for visa purposes.
2.English teaching certificates are not mandatory but preferred.
3.Punctuality. Lateness is not tolerated.
4.Initiative. You see something that can be improved, then work towards improving it.
5.Professionalism. From the moment you enter our employ, you are considered a teacher and expected to act within that capacity.
6.Excellent communication skills. You will be expected to communicate with Chinese people who sometimes have limited English abilities.
7.Patience. Be patient with your students and their parents during work.
