Are you trustworthy in driving the business forward? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? Do you have expertise across a range of asset classes and markets? We're looking for someone like that to:
- interface with fund administrators, managing, completing product approval processes, facilitating completion of operational, finance and tax processes
– provide project management support on cross divisional or cross entity initiatives
– support UHNW with their complex transactions requests
– work closely with internal functions, especially Product Management, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Risk and the New Business Group, as well as the Asset Management and Investment Banking divisions of UBS
– coordinate all participants effectively and drive transactions and projects ahead according to aggressive timelines
– contribute to product and platform development initiatives and leverage the Swiss booking center to help European locations develop their product shelf and booking platform
– work on multi-booking center initiatives intended to enable UBS to provide its global UHNW clients with the full range of our services and capabilities
