We have started to deploy Coupa P2P system early in 2021. This implementation will continue also in 2022 reaching our AZ sites in UK, US, Sweden, Canada, The Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Japan and China. Having a strong electronic content will make the buying experience for the AZ users much simpler and more effective and at the same time it will maximize the utilization of preferred suppliers and improve contract compliance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide content management expertise to drive P2P automation

  • Analyze purchasing patterns and build strong relationship with Global Category Managers to find further catalogue building opportunities

  • Monitor and report Content Management KPIs and suggest/lead improvement initiatives in alignment with Global Category Managers, Finance and Business Leads

  • Create new, amend existing, maintain and review Coupa P2P electronic content like hosted catalogues, forms, buying policies, tags, contracts and category cards

  • Ensure accurate and catalogue linking with valid contracts on Coupa

  • Act as a point of contact for content related issues, troubleshoot

  • Look  for process synergies within global Content Management area and work towards standardization of processes

  • Participate in Coupa testing & implementation in new countries

  • Work on continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) assuring high operational standards and business continuity

  • Ensure a high quality robust service in line with Coupa deployment plan

  • Understand the bigger picture and maintain relations with Procurement, Supplier Enablement, PR Gatekeeping teams and business leaders

  • Act as a change ambassador with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Business users) to help them embrace the change

Key stakeholders:

Internal:

  • AZ P2P users globally across different geographies and cultures

  • Global Procurement team (Global Category Managers and Leads)

  • P2P and Procurement process owners

  • Finance team

  • Operations IT team

External:

  • AZ suppliers

  • Respective teams across BPO delivery centres

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 or 5years of relevant experience (depending on the role level) in working with purchasing ordering system like Ariba, Coupa, etc.

  • Strong understanding of Source to Pay and Transactional Procurement processes (with a focus on P2P content build and maintenance). Previous Coupa content build experience would be a strong asset

  • Strategic thinking and ability to formulate winning strategies to be deployed 

  • Demonstrated leadership skills: Influence, drive for results, effective planning / prioritization, project management.

  • Previous experience in Category Management or in a Buyer role is not a must but would be beneficial

  • Comfortable in using virtual communication tools and collaborate across different countries and cultures

  • Ability to work in complex virtual organization

  • Previous experience in a BPO/SSC or internationally setup organisation

  • Analytical skills and ability to leverage insights to strengthen quality of decision making: You feel comfortable working with numbers/data, e.g. collecting and analyzing trend graphs, combining them from different data sources

  • Process, system oriented and problem-solving mindset

  • Excellent English, both written and spoken (additional languages would be beneficial: German, French, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese). Polish is not required.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI skills would be an asset
