We are looking for the right candidate to strengthen our Delegated Function Oversight Team within our Management Company with the primary focus on Transfer Agent and AML/KYC oversight and to support in:

• onboarding and ongoing due diligence process on delegated function entities under the responsibility of the Management Company within the group and the external parties
• execution of the ongoing monitoring control framework on Transfer Agent including service reviews, independent controls, KPIs reporting, deep dive reviews, on-site visits etc…
• enhance the Transfer Agent control framework (operational and AML/KYC) and ensure that all working documentations and SLA's are up-to-date
• risk assessment of the delegates, identification of the operational & regulatory risks, incident management, follow-up and implementation of the remedial actions
• reporting control framework results to Conducting Officers and multiple Boards of Directors.
• monitoring and ensuring adherence to the relevant laws and regulations in Luxembourg, Ireland and France in order to assess impact on the control framework and implementing necessary changes within the timeframe prescribed by the regulators.
