The AIA Philippines Enterprise Digital Transformation Office has an exciting opportunity for a highly collaborative and capable business leader – Principal, Transformation Change Management. The successful candidate must have strong change management experience and the ability to build relationships and influence successfully in a fast-paced, highly matrix organization. In addition, the candidate must have demonstrated success in providing thought leadership and methodologies to help our Project Delivery Teams better manage change to allow us to take care of our customers, which ultimately drives positive Business results!The Transformation Office has the mission to streamline and digitalize our business through the delivery of Technology, Data and Analytics Projects. The team will focus on: Delivery Excellence and Program Governance, Program Risk Management, Internal Control Automation, Digital Quality Delivery and Change Management.
Your responsibilities will be to evolve the change management strategy to enable consistent, repeatable, scalable, and optimized change management processes to increase adoption of new digital processes, through best practices, innovation, and high-quality deliverables, operating as one team across the Enterprise Digital Transformation Office.
Responsibilities
As a successful Principal of Transformation Change Management, your performance objectives include:
- Develop Change Management methodology in accordance with the PROSCI and AIA Group/PH Standards
- Ensure all Change Management plans adhere to standard PROSCI methodology and templates
- Shape the change management strategy from conception through deployment with data-driven methods to improve adoption and decrease role saturation
- Partner and collaborate with other teams (Project Teams, Operations, Agency, Partnership Distribution and Marketing) to ensure an integrated end-to-end customer centric approach across change management objectives.
- Create clarity across Project Teams, Project Sponsors/Owners, Process/Sub-Process Owners, affected process custodians and stakeholders, effectively communicating the change management methodologies and goals and how they align to the team’s work.
- Lead and respond effectively to changing priorities, maintaining team energy and expected outcomes
- Balance the development and upskilling of existing employees while balancing skills/capabilities maturity between new hire and internal talent.
- Facilitate an environment of inclusion that leverages diverse perspectives and talent, to better represent and deliver on our company mission
- Embrace uncertainty, take risks, and learn quickly from mistakes while looking to achieve more through technology and innovation.
- Ensure project teams work closely with the Transformation Office to plan and deliver effective change management plans
- Work towards delivering a 30/60/90 landing activities pipeline and provide recommendations based on data when deployments threaten to oversaturate roles or tool changes in specified timeframes
- Foster a culture that leverages metrics to make informed decisions and recommend improvements to existing Change Management methodology, where required
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of program/project management/change management experience in IT, operations, or business process outsourcing
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in a matrixed people-management environment or team leadership, with a broad array of skills to ensure high value team-focused outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or other related disciplines;
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Customer Experience & Success organization and operations at all levels.
- Familiar with SLDC (Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile®) methodologies.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills - known as a great communicator with the ability to synthesize complex multi-faceted mandates for AIA PH Executive Leadership.
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of the AIA PH organization and operations at all levels.
- Demonstrate structured thinking, planning, execute by working with others, influencing without authority, and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other Master’s degree in related disciplines
- Proven change management skills, with Prosci® or other Change Management qualification or demonstrated experience including defining and driving adoption
- Ability to create effective relationships, demonstrate emotional intelligence, and collaborate cross-team at all organizational levels
- Track record of taking on highly complex challenges and delivering results with high attention to detail and impeccable quality
- Brings passion and energy to create a vibrant culture of diversity and inclusion within the organization and can motivate and inspire others
- Ability to find solutions and a path forward even in ambiguous situations
- Resilient, with a Growth Mindset, able to navigate a fast-changing environment and iterate quickly on potential solutions
