Job Description
Knowledge for the world of tomorrow. As the Transformation Consultant for Occupational Safety, you will play a critical role in enabling the global EHS Community across countries and businesses to achieve best practices in health and safety. You will be responsible for designing and facilitating workshops and methods to help local teams address challenges and continuously improve their processes and activities. Additionally, you will lead global project groups and facilitate a network of occupational safety professionals. What part will you play? Facilitate and design workshops and trainings for the global EHS Community Lead international project groups focused on implementing human-centered approaches to occupational safety, as well as exploring new technologies to advance safety Draft and develop concepts for applying problem-solving techniques to practical cases within Occupational Health & Safety Design and implement transformation journeys for health and safety processes Manage change and drive adoption of new strategies and approaches within the global EHS community Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs for solution designing Identify and analyze trends, best practices and emerging technologies related to people health, safety and well-being Support change management and communication initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners What you need to make real what matters. Master's degree in business administration, EHS or comparable and 5+ years of experience in project management or consulting, ideally in an EHS related field Strong experience in facilitating workshops and leading international project groups Ability to design and facilitate workshops and training sessions.
