Our global team of linguists, project managers, subject matter experts and localization professionals work closely with customers to ensure their communications and multilingual content is compelling, accurate and consistent.

About The Role:

Are you organised, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment? In this pivotal role, you will be supporting our in-house and external linguist teams through all stages of the project lifecycle, working with many of the world’s leading brands.

Your excellent communication skills will be essential to ensure that all projects are successfully managed on time and within budget. You will have the opportunity to work on projects of all sizes allowing you to develop commercial awareness and project management skills

 

Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of designated accounts
  • Analysing the project scope and requirements
  • Selecting suitable freelancers and ascertaining availability
  • Scheduling work according to project suitability
  • Applying varied methodology to ensure profitable completion of projects
  • Ensuring effective verbal/written communications with all stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Using the relevant RWS tools & technology to optimum effect
  • Adhering to set quality assurance processes for all tasks, including effective query management
  • Responsibility for financial performance of assigned accounts

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent written/verbal communication
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and Internet skills
  • Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and ability to work to a deadline
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • A commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service
