Associate Project Manager - WEEKEND SHIFT
Work Scheme: 9:45 am - 6:15 pm Thursday to Monday.
Contract: Permanent Fulltime.
Location: Spain.
About The Role:
As part of our global project management team, you will provide a range of language services to a portfolio of customers, working with RWS tools and technologies, and applying industry best practice, to deliver quality projects on time and budget, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction to secure repeat business and drive profitable revenue growth for the group.
You will advise existing customers on appropriate new services and solutions as their needs mature over time, as well as on-board new customers into appropriate solutions to meet their specific requirements, providing support and guidance in particular to customers with no prior experience of working with multi-lingual projects.
Progression opportunities include management roles, leading teams of project managers at both local and remote RWS locations, and senior individual contributor roles, managing complex high-profile customer accounts.
Responsibilities:

Main point of customer contact, responsible for setting up end-to-end project work flows and managing all new project requests

Quoting projects accurately to fully reflect the scope of work required & coordinating schedules to meet customers’ preferred deadlines, ensuring key milestones are met

Briefing internal production teams thoroughly on all project requirements for successful completion of projects delivered to agreed expectations

Applying RWS tools, technologies and best practice project methodologies to complete all project activities efficiently, cost-effectively, on-time and to a high standard

Participating in customer status update meetings keeping customers informed of project progress, and contributing to regular business reviews, ensuring all resulting actions are completed effectively and on time

Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction to secure repeat business

Achieving target profit margins and good cash flow through accurate and timely invoicing, raising of purchase orders, and completion of project budgets

Adhering to ISO and quality control processes, including effective and accurate maintenance of project documentation (including version control, project archiving etc.)

Identifying potential opportunities as well as risks within your customer project base and escalating appropriately for support as required

German or French speaking skills will be an asset. (Not Essential)
